Delete Qyra account data or Google connection data

Disconnect Google without deleting your Qyra account, or request deletion of selected Qyra data or your full account.

Disconnect Google

Open Qyra → Settings → Connections → Google Workspace → Disconnect.

Qyra deletes the stored Google credential envelope and clears Google synchronization state even if Google does not confirm remote revocation. The app reports local deletion and remote revocation separately. You may also remove Qyra from your Google Account's third-party access settings.

Disconnecting does not delete messages, files, Docs, or calendar events already created in your Google account. You remain in control of those items in Google.

Request deletion help

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Qyra account. State whether you want:

only the connected Google credentials and synchronization state deleted;
specific Qyra memories or action history deleted; or
the full Qyra account deleted.

Qyra may ask you to verify account ownership. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain any narrow record that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction reconciliation.

Never send secretsDo not send Google passwords, OAuth tokens, recovery codes, email bodies, attachments, or confidential Drive content in a deletion request. Qyra support will never ask for them.
